The company provides exchange and return of products in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” .

Novitni Ahrotekhnolohii values its customers. If the product does not suit you, we are ready to exchange it or provide a refund within 14 days of purchase.

The customer is entitled to:

  • exchange a product of proper quality;
  • return a product of proper quality and receive a full refund.

The refund will be issued within 10 business days after the product is received by the seller via Nova Poshta.

The product is eligible for exchange if:

  • you have a purchase receipt;
  • the item is unused, in original packaging with intact labels and tags;
  • no more than 14 days have passed since purchase.

Return conditions for items of proper quality:

  • the item has not been used and shows no signs of wear (scratches, scuffs, stains, etc.);
  • the product is fully complete and in factory packaging;
  • all manufacturer’s labels and markings are intact;
  • the product retains its original condition and consumer properties.
