The buyer has the right to:

  • return a good-quality product and receive a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days from the moment the seller receives the product via Nova Poshta.

Products eligible for exchange:

  • product accompanied by a receipt;
  • product in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact, unused;
  • product purchased no more than 14 days ago.

Conditions for returning good-quality products:

  • the product has not been used and shows no signs of use (scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.);
  • the product is complete with all components and original factory packaging;
  • all manufacturer labels and markings are present;
  • the product retains its original appearance and consumer properties.
